1. Use of StoryPad

StoryPad is a writing app that allows you to write, store, and back up personal entries and media directly to your Google Drive account.
You may use StoryPad for your personal journaling and writing. You remain the owner of any content you create and may use it however you like, including selling or publishing it. However, you may not use the app itself for commercial purposes, resell it, or use it to provide a commercial service to others.

2. In-App Purchases

StoryPad offers optional one-time in-app purchases (such as add-ons like relax sounds or templates). All payments are processed securely through the Google Play Store (and managed via RevenueCat). We do not collect or store your credit card or billing details.

Purchased add-ons are linked to your account anonymously (using a hash of your Google Drive backup email) so you can restore them across your devices.

3. Your Content

All entries, images, and data you create within StoryPad remain your personal content.
These are stored locally on your device and backed up directly to your private Google Drive AppData folder. We do not have access to read, edit, or delete your content.

4. Disclaimer

StoryPad is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
We do our best to ensure the app is stable and secure, but we cannot guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

You use the app at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any data loss or other issues beyond our reasonable control.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, the updated terms will be posted within the StoryPad app or on our website.

Your continued use of StoryPad after the updated Terms are posted means you accept and agree to the new terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cambodia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
